Geoff came home yesterday with two Apple Bins on the back of the ute. We are going to use them as goat/sheep shelters. We will collect a few of them and place them in the goats' shed as the girls are now way too fat to be able to squeeze into the hen nesting boxes like they used to! (They still do try though!)
We will also nestle a couple under the Macracarpa Pines as a wind break on the very coldest and windiest nights (like tonight!!!!) It's Arctic out there!. Sleeping Beauty and the surrounding hills will no doubt be covered in a fairly heavy layer of snow tomorrow!
