Today at about 8.30am another 6 tonnes of gravel arrived. This time for the paths in the garden. At about 3.30pm l emptied the last barrow! Well there is still about half a tonne left which l will dish out tomorrow.
l was baby sitting Mum and Dad's dogs for the day but neither of them seemed remotely interested in helping me!
Nor was the duck! She just sat there doing strange Origami type things to her wings!
But l got it all done and it looks fab! A little bit 'new' but it will soon soften in time.
l even had a bit left over to fill the odd pot hole or two in the driveway.
Geoff came home and was suitably impressed.
And we both posed for a photo on our front veranda. Taken far enough away to not be able to see that l had the worst 'hat hair' ever!!
Treek wasn't t0o keen on having her photo taken either but after some persuading from Geoff.........
She finally managed a sort of smile!!!!
Topped off a warmish evening with a glass of wine by candlelight outside. Lovely!
