Today Geoff and l (and both dogs ) piled into the car and headed out to our old stomping ground Glen Huon and dropped in on friends we don't see very much anymore! We spent a lovely 8 hours sitting around people's kitchen tables catching up on news and sharing ours. A very enjoyable way to spend the first day of 2013. We also had the opportunity to collect a belated birthday present for Geoff from my Mum and Dad! A bow and arrow! Apparently Geoff had one when he was a boy and always enjoyed using it so being up here on the farm was the perfect opportunity to get one again!!
Got home just before dusk to a quiet peaceful farm. All good up here.......
