Holiday Job # 567

Ducking between  rain showers and winds we managed to roll out another 100m or so of fencing to try and keep the Wallabies at bay. On this particular fence line we already have 4 strands of barbed wire (yuk, but already in place) and standard sheep fencing. This does NOTHING to keep the wretched little critters at bay so now they have 13 strand  tiny little wire boxes to try to get through so hopefully we will deter a few more. We only need to wire it to the existing fence ,then try to plug up all the holes on the ground if the land rises or falls! Slow tedious work. Lucky we have lots of rocks on the place!
The dogs of course kept snug out of the wind.....
It was fun threading the wire behind all those trees!
And the house looked quite small and insignificant tucked in under the hillside from over there!
But we are halfway ......................soon.........no more wallabies!!! Just the animals we WANT to eat our grass!
