Well into Autumn!

Everywhere now is gold, red and yellow (and brown!) The Walnut Tree is in full shed, bare at the top and dropping leaves constantly......our flower beds are full of composting leaves with lots more to go!!!

 

My favourite tree in the paddock is back to its bare lichen covered branches, and the Pom Pom tree whose days are numbered is hanging on to its leaves like its life depends on them. (which it does!!) When the leaves go the tree get lopped!!! Not completely of course, just low enough for us to be able to see out of the bedroom window!

And the Ornamental grape vine is just stunning!
