That's how any bales we got today!! A few more then what we expected so that great! It certainly was a good day for it with the temperature hitting over 30 degrees (that's HOT for Tassie!!!) It was beautiful sight to see as l drove down the driveway coming back from work.... a paddock full of bales!!
The Ute working hard!!!
Lilli was not very intrepid and spent the whole time on the seat IN the Ute, she had a quick pose on the back but wasnt really into it at all!! Treeka proved yet again to be a hopeless farm dog and whilst she enjoyed running around for a bit and had a ride on the back of the tray she soon disappeared back up the house when she thought no one was looking!! (sigh!)
Bethie and Eleanor (down for the school holidays) however had a blast!
Oh and how could l forget THIS little critter! She had fun too!! Hoping in the Ute and enraging Lilli at every opportunity! She loved it and climbed in and out in and out! l think if she could have driven it she would!!!
She also assisted with unloading to the point of being annoying!!!! She was everywhere!! She fell between the bales leapt from hay stack to Ute then back again and just generally got in the way!!! As only Toggles can!!!!
And here is my lovely man working hard and flexing his muscles. We keep saying now as we reach a full year since his diagnosis and treatment, how different things were this time last year. January was all the tests, the dental work, the worry and the unknown.l look at him now a picture of health and l think............'yep, we have come a long way' .................
