Colour your World!

The trouble with gardens is that they are all green! Well green most of the year interspersed with amazing splashes of colour when your plants flower. If you are like me, they don't flower THAT often! My Green Thumb is fairly non existent! l have decided that with this garden l am going to add the colour myself! If any of the flowers bloom, well that's just a bonus!  We have put in a huge flower bed along the back fence ,it is still in the very early stages and probably won't even see a plant till next Spring but interspersed in the beds are going to be wonderful coloured 'things'! First off the rank today was the old push bike now a lovely textured Mediterranean blue and a small piece of picket fence l made out of an old pallet. l will wedge them in the greenery as it develops so one day l will have year round colour in the garden without  a flower in sight!!!! One day l am determined l will have a beautiful garden!!
Here they are propped up just after painting.
Here is the beginning of the bed l am putting in. Edged with some of the old bridge timbers from the rivulet..........One day!!!!
l also gave Treeka's new kennel a quick coat of paint and varnish as it was looking a bit tatty, It looks almost brand new now. Not sure if she slept in it last night as it was quite warm but l think she likes her new home!
