Busy Day!

Sun shining today!!! It was great to get outside and do some work! First up was cleaning out the hay barn so we can get the nose of the farm ute inside for Winter. Lots of sneezing involved but l got it all done and the sheep benefitted from the scraps raked up off the ground!
This fella was hoping too but he's fat enough already!
Next job was clearing a whole heap of cuttings and prunings to go onto a Winter bonfire. Daylight Savings ends next weekend so all these jobs need to get done before Winter sets in and the ground turns to bog!
Then a spanner in my day occurred when somebody rang to say they wanted to collect  the bunk beds which l had advertised in our local Classifieds. We have decided to turn one of our bedrooms into another sitting room rather than having two rooms in the house going unused as Spare Bedrooms. The bunk beds and the single bed are to go. The lady was coming on her own to collect them so l thought l would get it all ready so it was easy for us to load them up. Ha! Not as easy as it sounds! Geoff and l made the beds up IN  the room and there was no way on this planet was it possible to get them OUT in one piece!! So l had to dissemble them to get them out of the door way and onto the veranda!
It took hours!!! l had assured the lady they were already put together so l thought l had better put them all BACK together before she arrived as all l had was a pile of metal, wood and Allan keys on the front lawn!! Got the job done just in time!!! She turned up with this enormous Chevy ute  which promptly then broke down in the driveway!!! She was waiting for a part to arrive from America to fix the problem which didn't help as in the meantime l had this very nice but unknown and rather unwanted time consuming visitor wedged across the entire yard!!! She also had with her a very sweet Japanese backpacker who was over here picking blueberries. He fell in love with the Walnut Tree and disappeared up into it for the whole duration!! A few phone calls to her hubby (who works on a gas rig a two hour helicopter flight off the coast of WA) and she got it going! Phew! The Japanese boy finally climbed down from the branches, came over to me and very sweetly said 'Thank you for the Tree" Gorgeous!!!
So l have no bunk beds and an empty room as l took apart the single bed at the same time......
Bedroom body parts everywhere................
So l decided l might as well go the whole hog and try to get everything in the right rooms as l was now having a furniture removal kind of day.....So the big bed went back into this room............
And the makings of our den/snug/music room/sitting room begins............
Yep l think l deserved one of these today!
