And just a tinge of it higher up the bushes!
And the creepers around the water tanks are turning their usual stunning scarlet!
Beautiful big blobs of sunshine amongst the corn!

First Frost!
Second day into Autum and the frost arrives! Not a very heavy one but enough to curl the toes of a few vegies in the garden and turn the grass a crispy white!!
It feels quite Autumny already with most of the deciduous trees turning colour . The Claret Ash is definitely red!
The Maple is going goldy yellow.
l always wonder how the ducks and geese sit in the freezing cold water as the temperature drops!!!! It never seems to bother them.
Thank goodness for the Sunflowers on cold mornings like these!!! Even though this lot appear to be sadly looking down on the frosty Kale
