Turns out we will be sharing the farm and surrounding air space with a pair of Wedge Tail Eagles!
Wonderful, lucky and beautiful maybe , but a real concern when your dog only weighs 2.2 kilos (Hmmmm maybe more now .. middle age spread is definitely creeping up on Lilli's waistline) .
So precautions will have to be in place eg a covered in run access for her during the day when we are not there , and being especially vigilant when we are outside with her at all times. l did read that a coat with large eyes on the back is a good deterrent so heaven knows what contraption she will end up with on her back in the months to come!

A worrying set back but one we will overcome and get around and hopefully be able to enjoy having these flying monsters landing on our garden arbour as apparently they do!
