New Kid on the Block!

Meet our newest member of the Hollow Clan! She is as yet nameless but no doubt that will soon change! She is one of twins out of a reasonably small goat so although she is 12 weeks old (8 weeks older then Toggles!) she is in fact smaller! She came from the Huon Valley but right over the other side, a bit higher up and a lot colder and has a fairly thick dense coat because of it.

Considering she was only taken from her mother this morning (and her brother!) she is a remarkably quiet and calm little thing.

Toggles was pretty non plussed at first! Any romanticised idea l had that she would throw herself at her new friend with delight at having a playmate was quashed very quickly when all she wanted was a cuddle and sit on my lap!

She eventually (when she realised that l was non forthcoming with any food or drink ) wandered over to the box to check out the new occupant.

The little new one was fairly reluctant to come out and who could blame her l suppose with  a crazy red head dancing about on top!

She did finally come out and wasn't too bewildered or worried about the whole move thing.

She is a pretty little thing..................

Something l think sadly our Toggles is never going to be!!!!
